A Women's Nature-Based Movement Therapy Group
Join Alison Festa and Whitney Johnson — two local Leadville therapists — this September for a nature-based movement (gentle hiking) and therapeutic processing group for female-identifying folks ages 18+ in and around Lake County, Colorado.
What to Expect
We'll meet at a designated location each Saturday. Each session will include time for intentional hiking and movement as well as a facilitated discussion and processing.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. Per your interests and goals, Whitney and Alison are excited to provide structure and themes for discussion and processing.
Timeframe
We're asking for a five-week commitment every Saturday from 8am to 10am starting September 6th and ending October 4th.
Since we're aiming to build a sense of connection, community, and comfort within our group, we'd like participants to commit for the full session length (rather than drop in).
Cost Info
$350 for five two-hour group sessions (which comes out to $70/session). If this feels like a lot to drum up all at once, please don't let that stop you from reaching out! We can figure out a payment plan that will work for you.
